Invite family and neighbours to the katha, the aarati and the prasad, with the puja time, the Nepali date and one link that collects replies.
A puja invitation card opens with a blessing such as ॥ श्री गणेशाय नमः ॥, names the puja, for example श्री सत्यनारायण पूजा, and invites guests on behalf of the host family. It gives the date in Bikram Sambat, the time the puja or katha begins, the venue and when prasad or a meal will be served.
Schools and colleges use the same card for Saraswati Puja on Shree Panchami, adding the programme and the chief guest. Families in India often write the whole card in Hindi, which the Hindi designs cover.

Give two times where they differ: when the puja begins and when prasad or bhoj is served. Guests who cannot sit through the katha can then still come for the aarati and the meal.
