What is Bihekocard?

Bihekocard is a free online card maker built around the Nepali biheko card. You pick a template, type the names and the Bikram Sambat date, customise the card on a drag-and-drop canvas, then share one link on WhatsApp or Viber that opens on any phone and collects RSVPs. The same editor makes bratabandha, pasni, birthday, housewarming and party cards.

Is Bihekocard free?

Designing, previewing, saving and sharing a card is free, and so is collecting RSVPs. You create a free account to save a design and get its share link. Premium multi-page booklet designs are marked with a crown in the gallery.

How long does it take to make a card?

About ten minutes for most couples. Choosing the template and typing the names, date and venue takes a few minutes, and the rest goes on colours, a couple photo and any extra ceremony pages.

How do guests open the card?

They tap the link you send and the card opens in their phone browser. There is no app, no download and no sign-up. Multi-page cards are swiped through like a folded card, and each venue has a Google Maps link.

Can I print the card as well as share it?

Yes. Any design exports as a high resolution PNG or a print-ready PDF, so a local press can print the same card that guests receive as a link. Many families send the link to everyone and print a short run for elders.

Do I need design skills to use it?

No. Every template arrives complete with sample text you replace, so the usual path is typing over the names, date and venue and changing nothing else. The canvas is there if you want to move things, not because you have to.

What occasions can I design a card for?

Anything with a date, a venue and a guest list is made exactly the way a wedding card is.

Can I make a bratabandha invitation card online?

Yes. Open a blank canvas or a traditional template, replace the wedding wording with the bratabandha details, and keep the Bikram Sambat date, the tithi and the saait, which matter just as much for a bratabandha. Share the link the same way and collect RSVPs for the feast.

Can I make a pasni or birthday invitation card?

Yes. Pasni (rice feeding), annaprashan, birthdays and baby showers all work on the same editor. Add a photo, set the date and venue, and share one link on WhatsApp or Viber. Guests reply with a head count, which is what you need for the catering.

Can I make greeting cards for Dashain, Tihar or an anniversary?

Yes. A card does not have to invite anyone. Dashain and Tihar wishes, anniversary cards, thank you cards and announcement cards are all designed the same way, and you simply leave the RSVP off when there is nothing to reply to.

Can businesses use it for shop openings and office invitations?

Yes. Shop and showroom openings, office parties, product launches, conferences and school functions are made the same way, with your own logo and photos in place of the couple photo. The RSVP list and head count work exactly as they do for a wedding.

Do non-wedding cards also collect RSVPs?

Yes. Every saved card gets the same share link and the same RSVP button, whatever the occasion, and replies collect on your dashboard with a running head count. You can turn the RSVP off for cards that do not need one, such as festival greetings.
